HOW TO ORDER
You are interested in purchasing a piece of
the sculpture shown in the galleries. How do you proceed?
a. E-mail
me and confirm that the piece is still available.
b. In order to provide the client with a total price I will determine
shipping and on larger pieces, packing costs, and advise the client
immediately of the total purchase price. The client must tell
me of the desired shipping means. (For example I have recently
shipped a 25lb. box to California for $37, surface mail.) The
work may be shipped by surface mail, airmail, or UPS/DHL. To North
American surface mail takes 8-10 weeks, airmail 2-3 weeks and
UPS/DHL less than a week.
At this stage you are ready to make the purchase
decision. I require prepayment for goods and shipping costs. I will
accept US Dollars or Euros at the current exchange rate. Payment
must be in the form of bank draft / cashier's check or international
money order. (I am sorry I am not a large enough business to obtain
credit card facilities.) Send the order to me by airmail and e-mail
me that you have actually sent the order and I will reserve the
piece for you for three weeks from the time you inform me that the
order has been sent. This is more than enough time to receive the
order. You can expect shipment within a week of my receipt of the
order and payment. I will confirm shipment by e-mail the day the
package goes out.
It is that simple. There is an element of trust involved but I
had over twenty years of reliable service to clients in California
before I moved to Europe. If you need references I can provide them.
